After getting settled in we realized those individuals must have moved out because there has been a lot of riff raff in the community since. This is what attracted us to this property over many others. When originally touring the property we noticed majority of those who lived here looked like young professionals. The audience of neighbors now has drastically changed. things changed, all new staff, which they're nice, but after meeting and learning everyone from before this was a huge change. We were excited to move in but shortly after doing so, we realized Greystar was no longer the management company and that Cortland Partners had taken over.
